Tracking your order is simple and helps you stay updated on its delivery status. Follow these easy steps to track your order:

Log in to Your CARA Account
Start by logging into your Cara account using your credentials. -
Navigate to Your Account
Once logged in, go to your account section by clicking on your account icon. -
Click on 'Orders'
In the account menu, select "Orders" to view all your past and current orders. -
Select the Order You Want to Track
Find and click on the specific order you want to track. This will bring up the order details. -
Check Delivery Dates and Tracking Information
In the order details, you'll find information about delivery dates, tracking statuses, and any important updates for each shipment. -
Notifications: Stay informed throughout the delivery process with notifications sent via email and our app.
Tracking Status:
Pending |
Your order is under review. Expect a call or, an Email if additional verification is required |
Confirmed |
Items are being packed for delivery, with a commitment to on-time delivery. Look out for an order confirmation email. |
Shipped |
The items have been packed and are ready for handover to our delivery partner. You can manage shipment cancellations or update your shipping details from the Orders tab. |
Out for Delivery |
Your shipment is in route from our hub/warehouse to your location |
